Shipping Policy

This policy explains the shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times available for orders placed on KINHANK Official. The options shown at checkout are determined by the complete delivery address and are the final options available for that order.
Fulfillment locations
Orders may ship from our fulfillment center in China or from our MELKO U.S. fulfillment center, depending on inventory and the delivery address.
Delivery estimates
All estimates below are in business days after dispatch. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and exclude order processing time, customs clearance, weekends, and public holidays.
United States
- Economy: 5–8 business days; free on eligible orders of USD 69 or more.
Free standard shipping
- Angola, Bahrain, Canada, Croatia, Kenya, Mexico, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Rwanda, and Tanzania: Standard Shipping, 8–17 business days, free.
Free standard shipping with USD 10 express upgrade
- Australia, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam: Standard Shipping, 5–14 business days, free; or Express Shipping, 5–10 business days, USD 10.
Free standard shipping with USD 20 express upgrade
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom: Standard Shipping, 6–12 business days, free; or Express Shipping, 6–12 business days, USD 20.
Paid standard shipping
- Azerbaijan, Ghana, Israel, Madagascar, Mauritius, Morocco, Peru, Réunion, Senegal, South Africa, Uganda, and Zambia: Standard Shipping, 8–23 business days, USD 10.
- Cyprus: Standard Shipping, 8–12 business days, USD 10; or Express Shipping, 6–10 business days, USD 20.
Express-only destinations
- Brunei and Indonesia: Express Shipping, 5–9 business days, USD 10.
- Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City: Express Shipping, 6–12 business days, USD 20.
Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan
SF Express shipping is free. The delivery estimate will be shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation.
Russia
Free Russia Special Line shipping is available, with an estimated delivery time of 18–25 business days.
Remote-area surcharges
Carrier-designated remote-area addresses may require an additional surcharge. If one applies, we will contact you before dispatch with the amount. You may accept the surcharge, provide another serviceable address, or cancel the affected order for a refund before shipment.
Customs, duties, and local taxes
Express-shipping charges cover the transport-channel surcharge only and do not include destination customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for customs clearance and all destination charges assessed by the carrier or local authorities.
Tracking
After dispatch, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events may take time to appear or may change after handoff to a local carrier. You can also track your parcel through 17TRACK.
Address accuracy and delays
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and postal code. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.
