We ship eligible orders from our United States or China fulfillment location, depending on product availability and the delivery address.

United States
Eligible orders fulfilled from our U.S. location currently have a free Economy option with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.
International orders
Standard and express options vary by destination. The checkout result for your address is the authoritative shipping offer. Customs processing, remote-area delivery, and local carrier handoffs may extend the estimate.
Order processing and tracking
After your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events can take time to appear or may change after a package is transferred to a local carrier. You can also track a shipment at https://www.17track.net/en.
Taxes, duties, and address accuracy

Delays, loss, or damage
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs checks, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other events outside our control can cause delays. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or the package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
